Equipment - balls, cones, poles?
Players - 16-40
Passing Practice - Intense 1-2 touch maximum. 3-4 min blocks x 3 with incorporation of S & Q Drills after each block.
Players are in groups of 6-8 depending on numbers.
Player with ball plays short pass first to player on top of triangle who will bounce him back, he then plays long pass to opposite player at the end who then bounces to player dropping in underneath from top of triangle who then bounces back to him, we also have a passive defender who applies pressure for him to either bounce player moving on to the next cone or can he dribble back to starting point.
players move onto next cone and new player enters the drill and repeats.

EQUIPMENT - Balls, Markers, Bibs
7v7 plus 2 ( 3 Touch Rule Applies with Jokers )
Normal game rules apply. Players look to combine and link to progress to goal.
Jokers play with team in possession but only have 3 touch limit.
PROGRESSION -
All players in the attacking team must be over the line marked with the orange cone ( half way ) to be score a goal. This creates good attacking shape and also compactness as a unit to be in an area to win the ball back quickly if lost.
