Organization:
Two teams of three in a 25 x 30 yd area.
Activity:
Teams play 3 vs. 3 trying to score by dribbling over their opponents endline. When a player receives the ball, they must take a least three touches before releasing it to a teammate. This stipulation will coerce the player with the ball to dribble under pressure.
Variations:
-Vary the minimum number of touches
Coaching Points:
-Prepare the body to receive the ball under pressure
-Know where the first touch will take you
-Use the body to shield the ball
-Change direction and speed
-Use deception and creativity

Organization:
7 vs. 7 with two neutral bumpers on each endline, playing to two large goals in an area 60 x 44yds.
Activity:
Play 7 vs. 7, utilizing endline bumpers to create scoring chances. Change bumpers every few minutes.
Variations:
-Vary the amount of touches allowed by the neutral players

-Encourage players to face up defender and attack 1 vs. 1
-Recoginize penetration spaces
-Utlize width

9 vs 9 game. No restrictions
Coaching Points:
-Team shape to create 1 vs. 1 on the flanks or on top of the box.

1 vs. 1 to Small Goals
Organization:
One grid set up for each pair of players on the team to play. One field will include large goals and goalkeepers. Play "King/Queen of the Hill" where if you win you move up, and if you lose you move down. "King/Queen of the Hill" plays on the field with large goals. Timed games.
Activity:
1 vs. 1 soccer. Must dribble through the goal to score except for on the field with large goals, which you shoot to score.
Variations:
-May pass or shoot through small goals to score.
Coaching Points:
-Have confidence to take players on
-Quick, precise moves
-Explosive with the ball
-Use touches to penetrate and seal the defender off
