Set Up (10 mins)

This is a very adaptable passing combination drill that Pep Guardiola ran when he first took over as FC Bayern Munich manager. The basic premise is that a player has to check in to beat the defender/mannequin and then check away to receive the give and go.

Check, Fake, Pass & Move

All players follow their pass and join the back of the next line.

Player B checks around the mannequin and then past the pole to receive the pass from Palyer A. He plays a give and go with Player C who has checked around the mannequin. Player B then passes to Player D who has checked to the pole and then lays it off for Player C. Player C plays a through ball to Player D who has now completed his run around the mannequin, and now dribbles to the back of Line A.
