Activity 1 - Soccer Tag (10 mins)
Activity 1 - Soccer Tag with a ball
Rep 1 - Give every player their ball. They are all taggers and non taggers. The objective is to strike the ball at their team mates between the foot and the knee whilst not getting hit by another players soccer ball. If a player gets tagged they must perform a bridge. Players earn 1 point for every player they unfreeze and 1 point for every player they hit with their ball. Players lose a point for every time they get hit with the ball.
Rep 2 - Bridge with left arm (HOW to create space for a shot - Take a touch to get it out of your feet?)
Rep 3 - Bridge with right arm (HOW to create space for a shot - Think about where you plant your foot?)
