Rondo Competition (15-20 mins)
Two teams split into 2 areas. Each player on each team is given a number from 1-6 (or however many players). Each team has a ball. The teams pass between themselves within their space. The coach shouts a number and the player that matches the number runs into the opposite area and tries to get the ball. The defender to clear the ball out of the space first wins a point for their team. The idea is the team works the ball around the area to keep it away from the defender as long as possible.
Progression would be to increase the number of players defending.

Attacking & Transitions (20-25 mins)
Full size 5 a side goal on one side of the pitch and a row of cones at half way. Two 3v3 or 4v4 teams attack, defend and transition. In the example, the red team attacks the goal and tries to score. If they score they win a point and the ball starts with the keeper and the defending team (blue). If the blue team win the ball, their goal is to attempt to get to the halfway line and stop the ball on the line of cones. If they do this successfully, they win a point and immediately switch sides. The blue team immediately attacks the goal, and the red team turn into defenders of the goal, trying to win the ball and stop it on the line of cones. This works on attacking/defending, passing/moving and transitions.Progression could be to limit touches (2 or 3 touch).

Warm Up (15 mins)
Bulldog style warm up game. Everyone has a ball and 1 person defends first. The aim is to dribble to the opposite side and stop the ball on the line. If the defender puts the ball out of the area, the attacker joins as a defender. Last person left wins.
