SSG 4 X 4 (30')
Organization : 2 groups of 4 players per team, including the GKs. 2 goals, soccer balls, color vests, grid area of 40 x 30 yrds.
Description: I an area of 40 x 30, one side will have 3 x 2 and the opposite aea 2 x 1. Play it out from the back ( using the Gk distribution) with the defending teaqm try to find the #9 at the opposite side, the defender must try to split the #8,#10 from the attacking team, the ball can be served as ground ball or as air ball. Once tghe ball is at the number #9 arfea, 1 defender (from the server team)can enter the area and create a 2x1(2 blues against#5 on red)
If the defender team wins the ball, go the goal quickly, if the defender reuse the GK, create a 2 x 1 at his defense half to get counter, one red will drop and support the #5 .
COACHING POINTS:
1. Can we penetrate or be patient with the ball
2. Once the ball is delivered by the GK LONG or SHORT distribution
3. Observe the #R's on receiving the pass:(RECEIVE,RETAIN,RELEASE)
4.Positioning
4. Creat a 3rd man running(Up,back and trough)

SSG 6X6(30')
Organization: 12 players split into 2 teams of 6, in an area of 60 x 40 yrds,soccer balls,goals,color vests.
Description of play:
4 x 2 at each half, once the ball goes into the attacking half, one defender can joint to create a 3 x 3 going to goal.

Organization : full size field, 6 x 3 at each half, one attacker can joint when the ball is played at the attacking half.

TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL WAMR UP (10") / Dealing with Flicked ball
Organization : 14 players split in groups of two, soccer balls, cones, color vests, area, grid 20 x 30 yrds area.
Description : Groups of two players facing each, about 15 yards away from each other, player A, with the ball, on his hands, will make a toss (under hand toss) to his partner, that willo try to control the ball before it hits the ground, Reps. of 10 x each. Starting at 10 yards apart.
Progression, they will try to flick using their feet. Again reps will be 10 x each. 2o yards apart.
COACHING POINTS
1. Don't let the ball bounce
2. Get to the ball before the defenders arrives
3. If the ball bouce, try to control with the sole trap,(botton of your feet)
4. Control the ball, shield and turn
5- Use your chest if the ball bounce and goes above your hips.
6- Use your shoe laces to cushion the ball.
