Red Light Green Light (with land minds)
1. start first without ball
2. players are to try to get from the base to get the blue cones from you (the monster) but on their way across the jungle their are land mines. Now instead of just having to go back if youre moving, if you're also touching a land mind when the monster turns around then you have to go back to the start
3. progress to doing it with the ball

3-4 minutes on each station depending on how they're going
Station 1: start 2 feet hopping from hula hoop to hula hoop. Progress to one foot in each
Station 2: side to side through tall cones. Encourage wide legs, knees bent and getting low (jockeying). Can make this funny by telling them to almost squat like they were going to do a poo on the top of the cone
Station 3: Building crashing exercise to get them to learn to 'drop their shoulder' for feints. Start with right foot on red cone, pretend like they are a building falling down to the left side and they catch themselves with their left foot stepping on the white cone. Can make crashing noises to make it funnier and more engaging. Have them do this 4 times, stepping forward onto each red cone. Then do the same thing but opposite side. If they are struggling to understand this you can regress it to just have a decent distance between the white and red cones and simply have them balance on one foot and have to step down onto the other cone and back up to balancing.
Before each exercise players to pass coach their ball - complete exercise - coach rolls them their ball to finish
