AIM
- Can blues look to combine inside their zone, can players try pay of 2/1 touch if its on! this will keep the tempo high!
-Can players think about their movement inside their zone and offer passing options
- Challenges
1. First group to 10 passes ( number of passes changes on players ability )
2. how many passes can players make in 30 seconds
3. how many times can players play of 1 or 2 touches
- Chllenges for defenders
1. how many times can you win the ball back
2. how quickly can you win the ball back
3. how many errors can you
Progressions:
1 . Once the ball in won defenders swap roles and responsabilities with the ATT.
Officiated by the coach:
- Can you make incorrect calls?
+ How do players react?
- Minus points for lack of movement/communication.

AIM
- Same game as before, this time if blues make 10 passes can they look to score?
- 1 point for every goal scored!
- how many goals can you score in 2 minute?
- Best of 3 games
- if defender wins the ball they gain a point, if defender manages to score they gain an extra 2 points

Overload attacking situations Progression (15 Mins)
Progressions:
Scoring team can call how many players they'd like to face and they can have +1 for example if they call 1 they can attack with 2.
- Can only score within the shade area.
- If players lose possession the defenders can become ATT can attempt to score by calling for support.
- Offside rule applies.
Scores:
- 2v1 = 1pt
- 3v2 = 2pt
- Within 30sec - 2pt
- After 30sec - 1pt
Defenders regaining possession and scoring - 2pt.
Showboating 1pt
Class Goal - 1pt
Challenges:
- Can they score within 1min
- Every player must be past the half way point before they attempt to score.
- Introduce GK
Coaching Points - Attacking
- Fast Pace and Direct towards goal
- Play fowards with every pass
- Make most of overload
- Right decision making
- When to pass, when to dribble
- Stretch defenders, make them commit / make a decision and punish this decision
Coaching Points - Defending
- Get out early
- Slow down attack and show one way
- Delay the attack as much as possible to allow recoevery runs from defenders
- Force the attackers into a positive decision for your team. this maybe dribbling away from goal, forcing a backwards pass or into other defenders.

Warm up (10 mins)
Organisation:
1.- 20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.- 12 players set up as shown
3.- 1 ball per player
4 - Different colour cones places within the area.
Instructions:
1.- Players have to dribble around a marker to score a point
2..- After fully rounding a marker, players can then move to another marker to score
3.- Players can not score at the same marker twice in a row
4.- Players are only allowed to use one surface to control the ball, e.g. inside, outside, sole, laces
5.- When a coach whilstle each player must locate and stop near a cone.
6.- Coach will remove 1 cone each time, when a player hasn't reached a cone he becomes the defender.
6a) Defenders can only intercept the a ball when the coach calls "Defend".
6b) When a ball his removed from the area those players become additional defenders.
Coaching Points:
1.- Controlled approach
2.- Timing of move – just outside tackling radius
3.- Body shape – low centre of gravity
4.- Change of speed and direction
Progressions:
P – Any collision with another player / ball resets both players to zero points
P – Decreased space
