Organization:
20 x 30 yard area (red cones)
20 x 20 yard area in middle (blue cones)
one ball
two small nets
3 teams, 1 is neutral (3v3+3)
Instructions:
Players have to complete 3 passes before they can shoot at either goal.
Players can use their teammates and neutral to complete passes.
One point for scoring after 3 completed passes.
Opponent can win back ball then must complete 3 passes with their team or neutral before scoring.
Play must stay within blue cones.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Lock ankle, strike middle of the ball, non kicking foot next to ball
Head up
Where can I go when I don't have the ball to give my teammates better options.
Progressions:
Increase number of passes that must be completed before scoring
If the attacking team splits the defenders with their pass they can go right to goal.
Regressions:
Remove blue constraint. Players still must pass before scoring but can use entire field.

Organization:

2 teams 6 each. 2v2 in middle and others around outside as shown.

Instructions:
Players with possession have to pass to outside teammates. When teammate receives the ball, they join the game.
Players can only score once they've brought in all their teammates
If opponent wins ball, everyone but original 2 go back to the sides and opponent tries to build up their attack before shooting and scoring.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Lock ankle, strike middle of ball, open hips, non kicking foot next to ball
What type of pass can get attacker in behind the defender?
Where do we want to go when our teammate has the ball?
Progressions:
If players split the defenders with a pass they can go right to goal.
Regressions:
Put 3v3 in the middle.

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
20 x 20 yard area with many sets of gates around in the area.
Players in pairs. (If there is an odd number of players one group can have 3).
One ball for each pair of players.
Instructions:
Players pass ball between gates to score a point.
Timed for 1-2 minutes, 3-5 reps.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Lock ankle, strike middle of ball, non-kicking foot next to ball pointed where you want it to go, open hip.
Head up.
Progressions:
Players pass between another pair of players for 3 points (in addition to 1 for gate)
Players pass between another pair of players who are running between gates for 5 points (in addition to existing point structure)
