See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Component 1 Progression
- Both groups attack at the same time (Competition)
- Under a time limit (How many goals in a minute?)
- Replace central mannequins with opposition defender. Be wary of changing offside line.

Component 2
Pitch split into 3, middle third slighly bigger than other 2. 8v8 (With GKs) 2v2 in end thirds, 3v3 in middle.
- Play starts with GK, by playing into a new area, player can support attack. For example, CB passes or dribbles out of third creating 4v3 (overload) in the middle.
- Opportunities for striker runs depending on where support is given. Wide arcing run by striker if support through the middle, checking off def and attacking near post if support from wide.
- Striker should be encouraged to explore with their movement, they may choose to hold up the play before support is given. Depending on the quality of the defender, the striker may attempt drive past them without support.
- Look for opportunities to stress previous movements and coaching points.
