Dealing with crosses, various ages can throw, kick balls, can be moved into area specific.
1. 1st feeder throws/kicks a high ball to a cone
2. GK runs out to Red cone and saves high ball
3. GK then throws it to opposite outlet
4. Crosses over back to start
5. Continue to all 4 feeders and switch goalkeepers
