Organization:
1. 10 yards distance from red cone to mannequin.
2. Six lines of 2 players (depending on numbers)
3. Every player with a ball
Instructions:
1. Players dribble towards mannequin and perform move:
a. Single scissors (rigth & left)
b. Double scissors (right & left)
c. After move, accelarate towards back of next line
Coaching Points:
Identification of 1 vs 1 (space in front/behind defender)
Awareness of next action (where is the goal, space, teammates, covering defenders)
Positive 1st touch (drive at defender, makes it easier to unbalance defender)
Unbalance defender with ball movement: smaller touches on the ball (use of pinky toe to dribble the ball) “Like Messi” as approaching defender
Unbalance defender with body movement (Use of body to sell the fake)
Timing of Execution of move based upon space between you and the defender
Final touch of move bigger ( Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot)
Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
Protect the ball (put body between defender and ball)

Instructions:
1.One team attacks first
2. Player dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat him with a move
3. If attacking player beats the defender and score they receive one point.
4. If defending player wins the ball and dribbles across the end line they receive one point
5. After 1 min, teams switch roles (defending to attacking & viceversa)

1. White team attacks the two goals, while blue team attacks the one goal ( ( Game is on as soon as the white player receives the ball from blue player).
2. Player dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat him with a move

Ladder Drills: Icky Shuffle, In-Out Shuffle
Yellow: Feint, Scissors ( Boby Movement)
Instructions:
Numbers Game ( One hand)
Players resting at the end of the line must lift one hand up and show the numbers of fingers they want (1 to 5 ) to the players performing the exercise at the station.
Every now and again, players performing the exercise must look up, see and say the correct number that their teammate is showing.
When player gets to the end of the station, players must switch roles.

Dribble "Like Messi" when dribbling
Look Up " Eye Contact with teammate"
