Essence:
- To work on training a skill at max heart rate
Structure:
- Set up 4 cones from 5 yards outside the circle and then 5 yards apart in a box shape- The player has to run and touch 2 cones before turning and flicking from a ball the coach will put down- Do sets of 30 before having a rest and go over feedback with video reference
Technical points:
- The player running to 2 cones will elevate his heart rate as he goes to flick. The reasoning behind this is to increase the players heart rate, so as to mimic match like situations.
