Organization:
- Players begin in 2 lines (L).
- 15x25 yards
- 6-8 players per group, ball/player.
Instructions:
- Players dibble given blue cones
- Perform given technique on cone (Ronaldo Chop, Maradona)
- Go to end of next line, prepare to go opposite way down.
- Play for given amount of time, switch directions to work on opposite foot.

- Timing of move
- Quality of move
- Acceleration into space (quality of touch / head up)

Instructions:
- A passes to B, B passes to C.
- C drives into space ahead with ball.
- B gets infront of C at which point C perfroms a Ronaldo Chop and cuts into the space inside.
- Rotate A to B to C to A.
- Work on both sides.

- Quality of pass
- Quality of touch
- Timing of move
- Quality of move
- Acceleration into space (head up)
Progressions:
R - remove passes. Begin on eye contact or player C's first touch.
P - player B is live on Player C's first touch. Play live to respective endlines.

- 15x25 yds (Be sure there is plenty of space for the attacker to drive into and chop into)
Instructions:
- Defender (blue) plays pass across to attacker (white).
- Defender may leave on attacker's first touch.
- Attacker attempts to stop the ball in the endzone to score a pt.
- If defender wins the ball, he tries to score in the PUG.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch.
- Awareness of defender.
- Decision; continue to drive forward or change direction?
- Timing, technique, quality of technique.
Progressions:
- Play from both sides.
- Defender can defend as soon as he passes.
- Regression (if unable to pass successfully) - play on attacker's first touch into space.

Instructions:
4 Teams of 3, play 3v3 tournament style format where each team will play one another. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 for a loss. Each game should be approximately 6-8 minutes in duration.
Coaching Points:
- Review of session's learning outcomes being translatedinto the game
- 3 lines of attack
- Creating diamond (gives angles of support)
- Making diamond as big as possible (Creating space)
- Identifying any numbers up situations

Organization:
- Groups start as shown (Be sure there is plenty of space for the attacker to run into (25-30 yards if possible).
Instructions:
- Game is live on attacker's first step
- Attacker attempts to run through either the red or the blue gate across the area from them.
- Defender attempts to tag the attacking player.
- 2 pts for running through the red gate (gate in front of attacker), 1 pt for running the through the blue gate (gate diagonal from attacker), 1 pt for tagging as the defender
- Switch lines after each go; be sure to switch roles so players are going from the left as well.
Coaching Points:
- Can I take space with speed to get through red gate (beat defender with pace)?
- Is the defender going to cut me off? Should I change direction?
- Timing and technique of changing direction.
Progressions:
- Players leave on defender's first step if attacker is having too much success sprinting and taking space.
