Instructions:
1. Passive defender chooses type of pressure applied.
2. Double Pass: pressure player 2/ Wall Pass: pressure player 1.
3. Target player showns into window as Player 1 is receiving ball back.
4. Rotation (Double pass): player 2 becomes defender/defender becomes player 2.
Rotation: (Wall pass): player 1 becomes player 2/player 2 becomes defender/defender becomes target player.
Coaching Points:
1. Check over your shoulder to recognize: where is pressure?/ where is target player?.

Organization:

2. One defending player. Player that loses possession of the ball switches roles with the defending player.
3. If 6 or more passes are completed, defending player stays defending one more round.
4. Perform dynamic streches inside grid:
-High Knees.
