rules / Instructions:

Two blacks try to score against 4 reds. The yellows must shoot within 10

seconds or forfeit possession they cannot use the two “resting” yellows

in the other half. On the turnover of possession the two yellow attackers must retreat and regroup, the main defender must be one of the “resting” yellows. This will provide practice for the retreating players in regrouping

or reorganizing defence.
