object of the drill
1 of the team start in the middle while the other 3 teams work together on the outside. the middle team try to win the football while the outside team try to keep it without the middle team touching it.
if the middle team win the ball, the team who touched it last before them get a point and go in the middle
If the teams on the outside get 10 passes between them the team in the middle get a point (passes can keep going to get another point at 20,30etc)
the team at the end of 5 minutes with the fewest points win.

keeper drill (tony Elliot)
keeper on their knees, feeder kicking the ball along the ground, twice to the right then twice to the left
repeat 5 times

keeper kneeling, kick first to 2 each side and then throw twice to both sides again.

kick to keeper and they kicks back to feeder while the feeder has a 2nd ball in their hands ready to throw to the keeper for a hand save to the side.

3 v 3 games (backward goals) either side of the 2-1 game. (1 medium goal and 1 small goal)
each player in all 4 teams of the 3v3 games are given numbers 1 to 3
1 game 2 keepers v 1 player (becoming 2 keepers v 3 players)
All 3 games start as above and are scored as normal.
Both Keepers can handle the ball if they are behind the yellow cones.
During the games a colour and a number is called relating to the players in the outside games.
if red 3 is called, the 2 red 3 players will join the outfield player in the middle pitch to create a 2v3 middle game and a 3v2 game on both the outside games.

1 team have 3 players in the right red square of cones with 1 player feeding the ball in
the other (red) team have a back 3 starting in the penalty area and 1 in the right red zone
the final team on the left hand team mirror the blue team on the right hand side

keeper starts with the ball and passes out to player right 1 to start the drill. They can use different types of distribution eg Throw out, kick from hands or from off the ground.
player 1 on the right hand side passes to a team mate in the red square then head for the penalty area
the blue team then have to touch the ball each once and get out of the zone without the red player winning the ball
once out of the square the game becomes a 4v4
the left back engages the attacker with the ball while the other to defenders filter over to guard the box and help the left back
the attacking team aim to get all players with out the ball in the box and find space
the attacking player aim to create a 1 v 1 and cross the ball or get a shot off
if a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play, the game is started and replicated on the left hand side
