Pressing from a Goal kick
-Ball starts with GK and the team who are defending the goal score by passing into the wide goals or into the central goal. If they win the ball, the defending attack the big goal.
Coaching points:
Start positions (see diagram)
- Front 3 press consists of #9 / #10 and #7
- #9 / #7 press the RCB or LCB
- Everyone else goes player to player marking
- CB steps into midfield alongside #6
- If ball played to GK, player on top of the box presses the GK (#7 and #11 drop and tuck)
