Teams play a 5v4 with a forward and a defender. Attacking team pass the ball until they can find a pass forward into the forward. This releashes another attacker to form a 2v1.
Players are encouarged to use the same principles in the first part of the session into this one.
Progression
Points sre rewarded for a first time pass into the forward and for a first time finish.

Receive ball with open body to play forward.
Play a first time pass forward when it is right to do so.
Unit challenges
Def-spilt and recieve off the gk, Mid-recieve off def and conbination play. Att-move into position to receive off the mid or def.

Part Session
White pass the ball and keep it away from green defender, and try to play the ball to the red team without the 3 green defenders intercepting. Red replicate. If greens intercept the ball they swap with the team that has lost the ball.
Key Points
movement off the ball, weight of pass, direction of pass(infront of player) correct body shape.
individual challenge
regonise the correct time to play a first time forward pass.
Progression
3x2 minute games, outside teams see how many points you can get by making a first time pass to the other side. 1point for a first time pass. 1point for intercepting ball.
