Aerial Finishing

Set-up:

Coaches line the balls up down the sides of the 18 yard box. You can do this with the enitre team or rotate players in and out while another group of players are doing something else.

- Players will move to the pole and then loop their run around and infront of the mannequin.

- The coach or assistant coach if able will deliver a driven aerial ball for the player to hit first time on the

volley.
