Organization:
3 outside players with a ball at the red cones
1 player inside the cones without a ball
Instructions:
GK set in-between first cone receives a pass on the ground and scoops it up
GK moves to the next set of cones to receive a tossed ball to one of the two cones (head height)
GK move to the final set of cones to receive a low shot to one of the two cones
Progression:
Tossing

Coaching Points:
GK should always get set in-between the two post (cones)
Working on proper catching techniques
Support player provides quality services

Organization:
2 gates made by 2 cones
2 starting position cones
Instructions:
GK Set in ready position
GK moves to near post (2) and stops a low cross
GK returns the ball and gets back to set position (1)
GK receives a shot from player on top of the box
2-3 progression and the rotate
If you have a large group, you can mirror on both sides of goal area.

Mirror two stations on either side of the goal.
Goalkeeper is ready in front of goal mouth, as attacker dribbles up, they move up to meet them in a 1v1 situation.
Players must stay on their side of the cones.
Each goalkeeper has 3-5 reps then rotates out with someone else.
