Over the River with GK:
Split into 2 teams. Have a keeper stand in a cone gate between the two grids. You start by playing a ball into one side. The possession team tries to get 4-6 passes and then score through the gate. The keeper tries to stop them from scoring (waist height and below recommended). If the defenders win the ball they should try to pass it back to their teammate or you can add a mini goal to the end of each side for defenders to score into. Exercise flows well.
