Both centre backs pull wide to the corner of the box and fullbacks push on.
Reasons:
1 This will give the opposition strikers a problem
2 Full backs move on the create even more space in the wide area.

Midfielders creating space.
Because of the centre backs spliting there is room for the midfielders to get on the ball.
This will be done my one midfielder coming short and the other going long as shown above.

Wide players creating space to get on the ball
Reasons :
1 Because full backs have pushed on there will be opportunity for both to come off the line and get on the ball as shown.
2 Midfielders created the space by coming even more central which gives room in the half space area.

Playing ball into strikers.
With the movement of all the other players. There is space for the striker to receive and chipped ball into thier feet.
1 Striker will go long and 1 come short both stretching play and causing problems for defending centre backs.

Reflection.
Players used: Llangwnydd 1st team.
DESCRIPTION What happened...
Had 20 players and 2 goalkeepers.
Session seemed to flow well and players had an understanding of what was asked. A few were a little bored as it was stop start until the understanding was there.
Feelings..
Before: Worried if all players were turning up and no injuries from Saturday.
During: Session went well, one or two of the players were frustrated as they had the understanding before others.
After: The patterns worked very well and the team were able to play out using the movements that we worked on. Decision making and tempo was very good only getting caught a few times on the ball in own half.
EVALUATION:
Good. Understanding at the end of the session. Recognising where the space and free player were.
Bad: Tempo at the beginning was slow and not match realistic. Some players switched off as the play was opposite side of the pitch.
Analysis.. How I influenced session.
Vocally, giving instruction. Demonstration showing players weight and speed of pass, also safe side.
Observing as players achieved the objectives by themselves toward the end of the session.
Conclusion:
Session worked well, but I had the other coach work with the other 10 players and goalkeeper as I work with the team. Could have incorporated everyone.
Action Plan:
Use both sides of the pitch so all 22 players can do the same session. Trust other coach to deliver what my objectives were, also keeping an eye on his progress.
Possibly break down session into units and get players working to a higher tempo.
Limitations:
Only one pitch to train on. Ideally would have two pitches.
Some players have been on long working day and couldnt take information on as well as others.
