The second part of the session will be a Positioning Game.
Using a 3V3+2 played in 2 grids with a focus on Switching the ball.
The ball will start in one of the grids, with the team in possession playing a 3V2+1.
Once they've played 5 passes the second defender can come into the grid, creating a 3V3+1.
This will encourage the attacking team to switch the ball into the other grid.
If the Red team should win the ball they should look to play to the Targets and take in the Wide positions.
The Blue players would then take the defensive positions.
Coaching points:
Decision making weather to switch the ball after overloading one side side of the pitch.
