Objective: creating attacking shape
Set-up: 16x18 grid. 11 players
Variations: 2 touch
Coaching Points:
1. Proper shape
2. Level 1, 2, 3 passes

Objective: To develop our We Phase 1 Build-up In a 1-3-4-3 formation
Organization: 11 players on 1/2 field with a 10 yard end zone on the other half of the field.
Instructions: The 11 players build up the ball in 2 touch passing from the GK to the end zone.
Variations: (1) Patterns of play, (2) Add defenders to make it more realistic.
Coaching Points:
1. Starting positions
2. Movement of the ball in 2 touch.
3. Recycle through the GK if nothing is on.
4. Be patient.
5. Go forward when we can into We Phase 2.

Rondo 8v2 (15 mins)
Objective: mental and physical activation game for the training session.
Set-up: 10x10 grid. 10 players.
Variations: 1 touch and 2 touch. Introduce rules for megs and splits. If you get megged you have to defend again. If you and your partner get split you both have to defend again.
Coaching Points: proper passing and receiving, movement to fill in spaces, fast transitions from defending to attacking and from attacking to defending.
