Focus: Using Overloads to beat a press in a 5v2 rondo.
Objective: Retain Possession for 10 passes.
Method: 2 Rondo's both 5v2 to maximise participation. 2 Different Zones
If ball is won back players in middle switch
Coaching Points: Angles of support, trying to play on limited touches in tight areas.

Focus: Build the ball up from the back into zone
Objective: Successfully build the ball up into the opposing teams goalkeeper zone.
Method: 2 GK's/Zone Players & 6v6 in the middle zone. If the ball is played to the opposing goalkeepers zone then the scoring team is awarded a point, the possession will then be in the hands of the opposite team where they will look to build up from the back and score in the zone.
Time: 15-20 mins
Coaching Points:
GK - Angle of support, quality of pass, CB - Drop off to receive, commit players when stepping in with the ball.
6 8 10 - Angle of support, Move into space to make clearer passing lanes for others, Combination Play.
9 - Drop in to receive in pockets of space, hold the ball up and bring 8 & 10 into the game for combinations.

Focus: Building from the back, Create width and depth.
Objective: Successfully play the ball out from the back and score into one of the mini goals
Method: 8v6 w/GK, The Red Team playing out from the back will attempt to build up and score in the mini goals, if possession is lost by the Red Team the Blue team will Transition to Attack and attempt to score in the goal.
Ball will always start with the GK of the Red Team.
Time: 15-20 mins
Coaching Points:
GK - Ball starts in centre of goal, angles of support, quality of pass, communication.
CB - Drop off to receive and offer angles of support off the ball. Step in and try to make a player commit if there is space, and play the ball around them.
FB's - High and wide from the start, Push the 7 & 11 out of the centre backs path by playing high and wide. Look to combine with the 8, 6, 10 in attempt to play through the press.
6 - Offer angles of support for players. Look to pull into space away from the ball to create space for other players ( 8 & 10 ), Combination play with CB, FB, 8, 10.
8 & 10 - Look to receive the ball in pockets of space, create space for others, find pockets of space to get on the ball & combine with FB to play through the press.
6/8/10 - Midfield Rotation to get into pockets of space.
Blue team - Defend as a unit and transition to attack quickly if ball is won back, play the furthest pass & penetrate the goal.

Warm-Up RAMP (10 mins)
Method: RAMP Warmup with the ball
Time: 5-10 mins
Coaching Points:
Jogging in the zone on the ball passing to eachother, freeze and get players to leave the footballs & perform different dynamic movements and mobilise key joints.
Before completing the warmup make the players complete the potentiation phase of the warmup (quick short sprints in opposite direction 5-10 yards) to prepare them for the main session.
