Set-Up:
1.) You need at least 5 players to make this activity work. There just needs to be two players at the starting point. If you have twelve players on your team's roster, then have no more than two players at a cone
2.) Start with the right foot. Receive with the inside of the right foot and then pass to the right with the inside of the right foot and then follow your pass.
3.) Make sure that all passes are outside of the cones.
4.) Players should be opening up away from the cones (popping off the cones)
5.) Make sure that you have the players go the opposite direction, left
6.) You can also include two balls (if they can handle it)
