Organization:
Player 1 runs with ball to the 1st gate (2 cones) and passes diagonally to the opposite group via the passing gates. Receiving player repeats the process.
Coaching Points:
1)1st touch out from feet
2)Laces to move ball forward
3)Head-Up – get in stride
4)Movement to receive ball
5)Quality of Passing
6)Communication
Progressions:
1)Add more balls to increase pace
2)Passing layer chases receiver
3)Increase tempo – players try and catch player in front
4)Use central cones- players dribble through those before progressing to passing gates
5)Players play 1-2 passes from passing gates

Organization:
Divide players into 2 teams. Divide playing area into 3 cones. In order to introduce passing movement play “hand-ball” with condition that can move any zone in possession but must stay and go back to original zone when not in possession. Must score from header.

1)Head – up to be aware of options (attacking)
2)Head-up to anticipate (defending)
3)Intelligent and movement to support and create over-load (attacking)
4)Reduce passing options (defending)
Progressions:
1)Pass using volleys or thigh

Organization
1 ball/player. Players dribble through small-cones and alternate this work with executing 1v1 moves at large cones. Can set conditions with work at small-cones ie right foot only, left foot only, sole only. Can also introduce different 1v1 moves for work at larger cones.
Progress to one group of players work at small-cone stations and group 2 work at large cones.
Coaching Points:
1) Ball under close control - 1 step away
2) Quick feet - on toes
3) Positive touches -with intent
4) Head up to see options
