  • 6 v 5 , Practice starts with GK kicking long to either Target goal. If GK hits target then a point is awarded to defending team/ Blue team can score in target goals by clearing into channel/ dribbling into goal.
  • Red team can stop the ball going in the goal and objective is to score against the GK. overload favors the blue team as we will be working on defensive transition / GK kicks to good areas / Defenders clearing to good areas.
