Method:7v5 Transition game using 5 lanes working on both build up play and counter attacking

 

 

this game works both attack and defensive systems.

Possession team (reds): Building up from the back use the 5 lanes

 

Pressing team (blues): Make pitch compact only use 3 lanes.

possession team try work through the line to score in any of the mini goals.

no restrictions on were you can score from if goal is open for a shot take it .

 

Pressing team (blues) Press aggressively stay compact only use 3 lanes were possible

 

if blue team wing the ball back attack quickly to score in big goal take shooting opportunities early.

IF POSSIBLE HAVE 2 COACHES 1 COACH WORKS WITH THE POSSESSION TEAM (REDS) AND THE OTHER COACH WORKERS WITH THE PRESSING TEAM (BLUES)
