Equipment: 6 cones, 8-10 players depending on group size, 2 balls (extras can be placed behind A and D)
Setup: Place 2 cones (A and D - 30 yards apart). Place a rectangle of cones (B,C,E,F - 20 yds wide and 7yds deep in the middle between A and D. Place a player at each cone with at least one extra behind cone A and D.
Activity: 2 balls in movement all the time
A plays to B and follows pass. B one touches to C who plays a pass to D. B takes C's spot and C wheels out and overlaps to the back of D line. In the meantime: D plays to E and follows pass. E one touches to F who plays a pass to A. E takes F's spot and F wheels out and overlaps to the back of A line. Play continues to cycle.

Equipment: 10 cones, a supply of balls, small net.
Set Up: Place cones and pug net as displayed in one quarter of
the field. Begin with two lines of players at cone A and D. Place a
single player at cone B and another at cone C. All balls start at A
Activity:
Player A plays a pass to B (then follows to B's position) who in turn
plays to C (then follows to take C's position) .As this is happening,
Player D moves into a support position at cone 1. Player C on
receipt will play in to player D and wheel out down the line to
receive a 1 touch wall pass from D (D then begins a looping attack
run into center). Upon receipt of the pass back, player C will
dribble to the corner box where they will play a cross in to D who
will one touch finish in the pug net.
Player D collects their shot and sprints around the outside to the
back of line A while player C sprints the other direction to the back
of line D.
Play resumes with next player in line A.
Progression 1: Add a defender on Player C
Progression 2: Add a second defender on player D

Set Up: Place 4 cones in a diamond pattern 10-15 yards apart based on age and skill of players. Place 2 cones back to back directly in the centre
Set up as shown: Two lines at A and C with another two players one at B and 10
Activity: 2 balls at once starting from A and C.
A plays to B who one touches back to A and opens up quickly moving to position 1. A plays a pass to B at position 1 and takes B's initial spot. Player B at position 1 opens up with a good touch towards C and plays a pass to C and follows to the back of C line. At the same time, C plays to D who one touches back to C and opens up quickly moving to position 2. C plays a pass to D at position 2 and takes D's initial spot. Player D at position 2 opens up with a good touch towards A and plays a pass to A and follows to the back of A line. The drill constantly cycles.
