The main aim of the session is for the teams to maintain possession for as long as possible, this also helps maintain maximum ball rolling time. The session helps participants work on their short fast passing whilst maintain possession. Also, the session includes scoring and making points for your team without actually scoring a goal. The session helps with creating space in games which requires you to maintain possession.
