Every player with a ball
Instructions:
Player begins by dribbling at the center cone, as they approach the center cone they will look to do a scissor then push the ball in the opposite direction and go around the cone and continuing to dribble to the opposite side. Player on opposite side then begins in the opposite direction after making eye contact with previous player.

-Head up while dribbling
-Awareness of next action
-Timing of move
- small touches to keep the ball close
-Using body to sell the fake

Technical Reps Fully Opposed (20 mins)

Instructions:
Defender (blue) plays a pass to attacker (red). Attacker then dribbles at defender attempting to beat them with a scissor, if successful player attempts to dribble the ball controlled past the endline. If the defender wins the ball the defender attempts to score in the mini goal.

- small touches to keep the ball close
-Sell the fake using the body
-Attack the defender
- Accelerate once in open space
