5v2 (1 offensive player centrally)
Organization: 10 x 12 Yard grid; 4 offensive players on edge and 1 in the middle. 2 defensive players.
Objective: ABC's of central midfielder, and finding pockets of space to play out of
Rules: offensive players have 2 touch max
Offensive team gets one point once they connect 8 passes but have to play central player at least once.
Defending team looks to connect three passes once they win it for 1 point.
Progression:
If central midfielder goes out of grid, one offensive player must go in.
Scoring:
Offensive> 1 pt connect 8 passes or regain after losing it, can get extra point if they win it and score in small goal.
Defensive> 1 pt for dribbling out or scoring in small goals, also if offensive team loses ball 3x.

7v7 Half Field Game
Organization: 4-2-1 (Back four + two center mids + 1 striker) vs. 2-2-3 (Front Three + one attacking mids + 2 HM)
Rules:
-total of three attacks. # team start with ball and look to score in Big goal. Blue team try to win and go to goal. Play 3 balls to # team to start. Then play 3 balls to opposing team to start. (This makes it easier to count score.
Scoring:
1 goal = 1 point
If # team win the ball back = 1 point
If # team win it back off the regain & score in counter goals = 3 point.

6v6 Negative Transition Game
Grid: Full Half of Field
Rules:
Once team who plays out loses the ball, then coach yells 2 #'s from that team, who has to run around the opposite end goal before coming back on. This create two player advantage for team who just won the ball. Can the defending team stay organized with numbers down? Can they solve problems quickly and see where their weakness or gap is?
Scoring:
1 point = score a goal (no keeper, small goals and 1 touch finish)
1 point = regain within 6 seconds
1 point score within 6 seconds of winning it back

6(+2) vs. 6 (+2) Negative Transition (20 mins)
6(+2) vs. 6(+2) Negative Transition Game
Organization: 35 x 35 yard Grid; 2 teams of 8 players. Inside area is 5v5 w/ both teams in 2-2-1 formation. Both teams have wingers positioned outside at the sides.
Rules:
Start w/ 6v6 game. When team loses ball, they need to condense space in the centre and block direct path to goal (forcing play wide). Team in transition from defense to attack have numerical advantage and can use wide players to make it a 7v5. When attack is finished, ball starts with team who just finished the attack. If team who has numbers up, loses the ball, they can leave their wingers on, but new attacking team cna bring wingers on to make it 7v7.
Scoring:
1. Team in transition from defense to attack must finish attack in 8-12 seconds.
2. Team in transition from attack to defense recover the ball within 6 seconds, score 1 point, if you score off positive transition once you regained it, 1 extra point.
3. Outside players can both go inside area to transition to attack.
