Blue team setup to play 1 -2-4-1-1
Red team setup to play 1 -2-4-1-1
Red team have 8 seconds to score.
Blue midfield 4 (in a diamond) and No10 (playing just behind the 9), combining to break as many lines as possible to create goal scoring chances. Can the blue players get in behind the Red midfield, can they get them in a 3v2 situation.
Can the 10 drop in to zone 14 and exploit that space and can the 9 stretch the defenders, playing on the last defenders shoulder creating m ore space for the 10.

Create space - check away and back again to lose marker or make diagonal runs to shake off defenders.

Organisation:
4v4 with 2 target players each.
Midfield 4 try and play into the feet of their target players to get a point. Once the target has the ball, they can play back into one of the midfield 4 who attack the other way to try and get it into the feet
of the opposite target player. The team without the ball should try to win it back and cut off the ball into the targets. The team with the ball should try and work the ball around by drawing in the opposition players to create overloads to exploit.
Progression
Whoever plays the ball into the No.10 should go and replace that player.
A defending player can drop into the No.10 target zone and manmark, forcing more movement from the No.10
The No.10 can drop out of the target zone to receive the ball and either dribble into the target zone to score.
