Three teams, one attacking, one defending, one resting, with two crossers
The crossers deliver two crosses in a row, before the other crosser takes two in a row.
In this set-up, the green team are the attackers, the orange are defending, and the blues are resting. The ball gets thrown by the keeper to the crosser, who controls and delivers a cross for the attacking team, who try and score.

After attacking, the green team becomes the resting team, and the orange team moves to the other end to become the attacking team against the blues.

7 v 7 + 2. Field is narrowed to the width of the 18 yard box. The jokers (Pink) are, at first, allowed to have freedom of their area. Players are encouraged to pass the ball to the wide players, who have the freedom to take some touches and set up a dangerous cross.
If teams start being successful, bring some match realism in by allowing defenders to go out and tackle the wide player. The crossing line can be removed all together.

Passing Practice
Passing Practice to simulate a cut-back style cross. 1 plays to 2, 2 plays the ball in front of 3 for them to run onto, 3 takes the pass in their stride and runs past the pole, before cutting back to 4. 4 then passes back to 5, who returns it to 1. Players follow their pass. Extra players should line up behind the 1.
