Set up / Organisation: Defender plays ball into red attacker, whose first touch must be taken inside the shaded area. Defender then enters shaded area to make a 1vs1 situation. Attacker can only score past the red markers so encourages defender to engage quickly as soon as the ball is played. Red team vs Blue team looking to see who concedes the least amount of goals.
Technical Learning objectives: speed to get to attacker, delay attacker, divert attacker, don't dive in, stay on your feet, body position(side on)
Tactical Learning Objectives: showing opponent onto weaker foot, keeping opponent down one side, show opponent away from goal.
Physiological Learning Objectives: decelaration , balance
Psychological Learning Objectives: 5c mix
Individual Learning Outcomes: Derren Darby, don't dive in learn how to delay and divert away from goal.
Team Learning Outcomes: learn how to delay individually with a 1vs1 situation in a large area, although 1vs1 GK can help wih communication i.e. show him on weaker foot etc encouraging good defensive principles.

Set up / Organisation: Defender plays ball into either of 2 attackers, 2 defenders then enter the 2 shaded zones, they have to stop attacker in a 1vs1 situation in there own zone. Attackers can pass between each zone but cant move out of there zone. Defenders also must stay in own zone. If attacker gets passed defender into the box other attacker can join in and make a 2vs1 situation looking at recovery run of defender.
