Stealth Training
Organization:
Players will begin standing on the line without the ball to get ready for stealth training.
Instructions:
Players will try to sneak up on the evil coach when their back is turned.
When the coach faces them, they will have to freeze in place. If they decide to move they can get blast frozen where they are until someone else gets frozen.
Players will try to grab a pinnie tucked into the coach's pants before they reach the white line.

Flight Training
Organization:
Players will be in a 30x40 grid with a ball at their feet.
Instructions:
Players will dribble around in the space like different super heroes.
Batman:Messi Touches
Superman: Ronaldo Touches
Hulk: Large Touches But Slow
Ant Man: Crouching DOwn Trying to Dribble
Flash: Fast

Super Hero Cities
Organization:
Half of the players will be given a cone and the other half of the players will have a ball in a 30x40 area.
Instructions:
The players with the cone can place it anywhere inside of the grid, they will be the heroes. The other players will have a soccer ball, and they will be the villians. They will try to knock down the heroe's cities (cones) The heroes will protect their cones (city)
