Set up: Keeper plays 1-2 with server then server
Phase 1. lays the ball in front for the keeper to dive on and smother
Phase 2. attempts to pass the ball through the 2 blue cones
Phase 3. attempts to pass through the yellow cones
Coaching Points: When to press/SET, blocking shape techniques; K, spread, body shape relative to striker

Set Up: Keeper starts in SET position
Server calls a colour, keeper comes back touches the tall cone and gets back to SET
Server then volleys for a catch, after the catch the keeper then feeds back
The keeper then has to move to defend the gate of the same color
Progression: remove gates and keeper has to defend the whole goal
Coaching Points: Make sure we keep our head and hands steady when moving
Reading trigger of striker to identify when to react
Note: Use lighter balls for sides to encourage confidence and avoid injury

Server 1 plays into server 2, who can either play into the smaller goals or turn and play into the big goal
Coaching Points: As for individual needs, make sure rebounds are recovered

5 points and keeper receives a forfeit
