Setup -- Aprrox. 20x20 or 25x25 depending on the #'s in the group.
Players need to understand body position -- checking away and in and out to create space - timing -- checking shoulder - quaility of touch and pass.
A plays to B -- (A then runs at pace to overlap and get around player B) -- B plays to C who is checking in and showing for the ball. -- C plays a bounce pass to player A who is making the over lapping run. -- A plays D --
Coaching points:
Proper Body position
check shoulder -- area before checking or calling for the ball
Adjust body position to try and be able to play 1 and 2 touch based on pressure
Keep the ball moving quickly -- quality touch and quality passes.

Keeper makes a save... Rolls ball to either line F or E and player dribble back at pace to lines A and B.

Possession -- 12x12 Grid 4 v 1 + 1 -- Depending on the #'s in the session.
Black in possession, while one player from white trys to defend and win the ball. When white wins the ball, they play the ball to coach.
Black must open the field -- Make it big and posses the ball for 4/5 passes before trying to connect and find the green Target in grid #2 -- Look to play and combine and get forward. Player who passes the ball goes forward into the next grid to create #'s up and to provide support and get a shot off on goal.
Target/Stricker in top grid can turn and try to score -- Look to combine w/ teammates or Green N players.

Set-Up: Field divided into 1/3s - (3 backs - 2 Mid-fielders - 1 Forward) -- Adjust #'s of players as needed to fit your system.
Ball always starts w/ GK's #1 or #2 depending on who has possession.
GK it to try and play the HIGH/Wide player w/ throw or roll. Example: GK #1 plays either HIGH/WIDE Green player. High wide green player must drive into the attaching 1/3rd and attack FB to create 2v1 situation. CM and opposite side Green player joins into the attach to create scoring opportunity in one of the two gate goals.
If Defending team wins the ball play through the 1/3rds, get the ball high and wide and go to goal.
Ball out of play - Restart w/ goal keeper of the team in possession.

Warm Up -- Into Progessions
4-1 Randos (2v1+2) -- apprx. 10x10 grid (depending on the age/level/# of players Could be 12x12 or 15x15)
4v1 Randos -- Green players keep possession vs 1 Black defender + 2 Yellow N players. Yellows follow the ball to creat 4v1 Unlimited Touches. Connect min. of 5 passes and play ajoining grid. Ball played to adjoining gride yellow N players move w/ the ball to creat numbers up.
Progression: Min of 3 passes -- Progress to any # of passes before playing adjoining grid.
Progression: Look to try and combine 1-2's
Coaching Points:
Body position -- Keep body open to the field
Support position, constant positional adjustment, mobility of support -- constantly finding the angles
head checks -- look around -- see the field/options before and after receiving and playing the ball.
Verbal and nonverbal communication, read and make decisions before receiving
