Introduce Wingers (20 mins)
Transitional Jail-Game with 3v2 wing-play
- ball begins with the Goalkeeper played into the central player
- central player now has two options on the wings
- players attack the red and attempt to score
- if successful, blue attacks again
- if unsuccessful in scoring they immediately become the two defenders (one transitions right off)

Introduce Poacher (4v2) (20 mins)
Transitional Jail-Game with Poacher
Same rules apply except now we add a poacher (centre-forward) for each squad who must start on the opposing teams goalline and is introduced to the play once their colour begins attacking - they should not worry about being offside and focus on their movement to create space / attack back to goal.
- ball begins with the Goalkeeper played into the central player
