3 Min Rounds
4 v 2
Back to back goals
8 passes and transfer the ball over (possession teams)
Win the ball and shoot (2 x pressing players) if keeper saves then switch over pressing players, if shot blocked by counter press the players pressing remain in.

8 v 4
Transition Pressing Rondo
3 min round. Team pressing at end of 3 mins gets an exercise (burpees, squats whatever)
For 12 players I think 20 x 20 ish but adjust size to suit physical returns
If you want to deliver anything from a detail perspective:
1. Tech - Pass quality (weight, angle)
2. Tech- Touch (Where, Why?)
3. Pysch - Scanning and Awareness, Disguise
4. Physical - Movement to support, Rotation
5. Tactical - Maximise space and Structure

Greys play east to west
similar coaching points to session 3
Either lock in target players or rotate (most relevant player to rotate or follow pass out, depending on how lads see the session)

4 v 4 + 4 Bounce players (20 mins)
12 Players + 2 GK's
4 v 4 + 4
1 goal for a normal finish 2 goals for a first time finish off a bounce player
Pitch size to suit but I would say 30 x 20
3 Min rounds with change overs everyone should play once in 12 mins.
Scoring team keeps the ball.
If odd numbers use a magic man (13th player)
No limit on touches.
Really important that we drive the session and intensity.
No throwins or corners, the GK from the team winning the throwin or corner keeps the ball.
