Session: Sharks & Goals (15 mins)
Equipment:
- Half field with micro goal
- Teams split UNevenly with the larger team having the balls... 6v2 or 5v3 whatever works for team
Organization:
- Players with ball dribble around in space while defenders are trying to steal the ball
- When defender steals ball they may attack goal and shoot - after retreiving ball they start dribbling around in space staying away from defenders
- When a player looses the ball they must find a new ball and not try to steal theirs back

THE SESSION: Musical Cones
Players dribble around inside area. When coach says STOP or music stops, all players rush to the closest cone they find. Only one player per cone. Next round, remove a cone. When music stops and players rush to cones, one player will be without a cone to go to. They will be out. 3rd round, remove another cone, and so on.....
PROGRESSIONS: Add different color cones to confuse. Or use the different color cones when saying STOP. When coach says STOP, or music stops, the coach calls out the color. For example: Music is playing...music stops...coach calls out Blue...instead of rushing to yellow cones, the players rush to the closest blue cone. Again, only one player per cone.
KEY MESSAGES/POINTS:
Keep head up while dribbling. Keep ball close, but move quick.

Knockout (15 mins)
The Session: Knockout.
Set up:
- All players start with a ball inside the square.
- They aim to eliminate other players by kicking the opponents ball out whilst making sure their own ball is safe from being kicked out.
Key Messages:
- Keep head up watching the play.
- Awareness of other players.
- Awareness and management of own ball.
- Using spatial awareness to stay away from danger.
- Focus on keeping control of your ball.
Progressions:
- Add in 'Ghost' players (represented as blue in diagram) who only have to focus on eliminating players.
- Change size of square to increase/decrease difficulty
Competition & challenges:
- Points e.g. the winner, or final 3 remaining, or allocate a time period.
