Organization:
Make two squares 5 yards away from the cone.
Instructions:
1) The players have to dribble towards the square and stop the ball under their foot in the square. The player who is first gets a point. The players can dribble with their right/left foot.
2) The players have to dribble first threw the gate before they have to stop the ball in the square. The players can't bump in to eachother.
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball close
- Dribble with your laces
- Keep the ball under control

Organization:
Create a field 10x9 yards. Divide the fields in four different parts. One part splits the middle and two parts so the left and right side is open.
Instructions:
The players play scrimmage. The players can get out of there divided part.
Optional: After the left and right midfielder receives the ball in there part they are able to dribble in the attacking part.
Coaching Points:
- Check out / Check in
- Use your far foot
- Use diagnol passes
- Try to beat your opponent on the side

Organization:
Make different squares. In each square 3/4 players with ball.
Instructions:
- Each players are dribbeling in the box and make different moves after three touches.
- After every pass the player have to tag the cone.
- 1 vs 1 line dribble
Coaching Points:
- Controll the ball, keep the ball close to your body.
- Stay on your front feet
- Keep your head up, so you know where your teammates are.
