Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Matthias Heilbronn Futsal Passing

Opposite runs passing pattern (20 mins)

- 1 passes to 2

- 2 drops the ball back to 1 (one touch )

- the 2 central players (2&3) make opposite runs to the side

- 1 makes a long pass to player 3 who is now on the same side that 2 started on

- 2 makes a run forwardto the space that player 3 left behind/opened up

- 3 passes to 2

- 2 passes the ball to 4

Rotation:

Player 1 goes to position 2, player 2 goes to the back of the line on 4, player 3 stays on the line that 3startd on and receives the next pass from 4 and play continues in the opposite direction.

Competition:

Set up twice, next to each other and count who gets the ball back to position 1 ten times first.
