Coaching Points:
If Blues go to win the ball they must all press as one.
Must have good communication and remain compact.
Do not over commit to the tackle.
Fast pace to get there but do not jump in, stop a yard short and show them to your strong side.
Awareness. Scan and make sure you know where all the opposition and teammates are.

Method:
White 4-2 V Blue 1-3-2.
High corner areas are restricted. Play starts with white moving the ball to try and create an opening to feed strikers and ultimately score on the keeper.
Blues retain positions but keep the passing lanes closed apply pressure on the ball carrier in a unit to force backwards or ultimately win the ball and score in either mini goal.
Coaching Points:
Patience for both teams.
Recognition by the defender of the trigger point of when to press and win the ball. Attacker mis-controls the pass, is isolated or shows a sign of frustration.
