Objective- Goalkeeper plays ball to player 1 who then plays in the in the middle to 2 who then plays out wide to player 3, who then plays the ball inside for the oncoming player (2). Work both ways and rotate positions after every play.
Coaching Points- - Movement off cone, get away from that defender to create some space.
- Open body to see a bigger picture.
- Weight & quality of pass.
- Tempo, play with speed.
Progressions- - Miss out player 2, long ball from 1-3.
- player 3 crosses the ball for player 2.

Switching play within conditioned areas: (14 Players)
- 2 Defenders v 1 Attacker in the Zone A
- Zone B is split into 2 sections. Wide players must remain in their area, whilst CM can go and create the 2 v 1 overload and play in both sections (Triangles)
- Zone C is a 2 v 2. Can the 2 forward players rotate to find space to turn and play forward if not can we 'Switch Play' ?
