Skill Development (15 mins)
Organization:
Approx 15x15 yds area. 3 teams of 4 players.
Yellow Team: Support players (1 per each side of playing area).
Red Team: Inside area without ball.
Blue Team: Inside area, 1 ball per player.
3 red and 3 blue gates inside of area.
Instructions:
Red: Visit yellows. Receive & pass back.
Yellow: Play into red.
Blue: Dribble through gates (alternate red-blue-red).
All players change roles after 2-3 mins.
Coaching Points:
Weight/direction of 1st touch.

Individual/Group Tactics (15 mins)
Organization:
2 fields (3 teams of 4)
2x 10x12 areas with 4 yard neutral zone in between.
Instructions:
Attacking team instructed to connect 3 passes before looking to play into attacking half. 1 player can then join in and team plays to goal.
Attacker can drop into neutral zone to get the ball but goal can only be scored in attacking half.
If defender wins the ball, dribble over nearest line (directionally correct) to score 1 point

Time limit to score once ball is in attacking half
