Add in extra cones to the ladder to block a square
The Player has to then jump over the squares with the extra cone
For Smaller kids ensure that you over emphasise the use of the arms when jumping to encourage a full body jumping action

Add extra cone to the side of the ladder
When the player reaches the square with the cone they have to jump to side opposite the cone then back into the ladder to move forward
