5x5 yard grid areas set up.
As many needed for as many players that are at training.
Set Up
Players all have a ball and produce a number of different moves and skills based on gaining as many touches on the ball as possible in short space of time.

Top taps
Tick Tocks
Dragiing out to in
Rivelino
Coaches one clap turn to right
Coaches two claps turn to left
Key Points
Players to keep heads up and try not to look at the football.
When doing tick tocks high knees when producing movement.
Challenges
15 or 30 seconds how many of each skill or touches can be done in a minute.

20 x 20 yard area
Set Up
Players split into four sides. A number of balls in the middle zone. On coaches shout one player from each team comes out to dribble ball back to group before next player can go.
Once all balls have gone, teams can take balls from other teams. No tackling from opposition players.
Key Points
Close control and awareness of other balls in area as well as opposition players.
Challenges
First team to get four balls wins.

Set Up
Whites pass the ball across to reds whose aim is to simply score through either goal targets which are in front of him. The whites aim is to prevent a goal being scored and if wins possession of the football scores by dribbling over players line.
Players switch roles after each play.
Key Points
Players dissguise and pace of turn when going to next target.
Defenders to ensure body shape forces them to one target and not two allonwing defender greater opportunity to win back posession.
Challenges
2 Minute games keeping score between both sides.
Rotation of goals angling towards the defender making it even harder for the attacker to score.
Defenders who regain posession must score also between the two goals and not just over oppositions line.
